About me

I’m Florian Schleicher, a marketing strategist. Since 2008, I’ve helped brands and organisations take their next bold step, turning complexity into clarity, and strategy into action.

Before founding FUTURESTRATEGIES, my strategic studio, I worked in leading positions at McDonald’s, Greenpeace, and Too Good To Go. Today, I collaborate with clients in over 11 countries, together with a small team of selected experts.

I support my clients uncovering inspiring insights, create and facilitate workshops, that bring real change and transform strategies into clear, implementable blueprints.

One of my specialisations lies in sustainability and how we can use it to make our companies more successful.
